  11.         When InkSwitch is started with Windows (from the options window) you
  12.         can select whether to start in offline, online or the default working
  13.         mode.

  15.         InkSwitch now accepts the command line parameters "offline" and
  16.         "online"
  17.  
  18.         Single clicking on the icon with the left mouse button now toggles
  19.         between online and offline modes.
  20.  
  21.         Double-clicking to bring up the options page has been removed -- you
  22.         can right-click on the icon to bring up the menu and select options
  23.         from there.
